Born in the heart of Veneto in 1985, Andrea's life has always been defined by logic and movement. A professional software developer since 2009, he spent years navigating the digital landscape while relocating across the region for his career. When he isn't debugging code, you'll likely find him at the gym or in the saddle practicing horsemanship. In late 2025, he decided to apply his programmer's precision to a new craft: the art of fermentation.
Hailing from Argentina, Estefi's life took a cinematic turn in 2014 when she married Andrea and moved to Italy. She has been his constant companion through every professional relocation, bringing her own creative spirit wherever they settled. A talented artisan known for her handcrafted dolls, Estefi transitioned her eye for detail from textiles to hops and malts. She has been at the helm of the brewing kettle since their very first Blonde Ale, ensuring every batch has a touch of 'soul.'
Every great brewery needs a rigorous quality controller, and ours happens to have four legs. Milly was adopted from a shelter in 2015 when she was just a year old, and she quickly transitioned from 'rescue dog' to 'Queen of the House.'
While she maintains a strictly 'paws-off' approach to the physical labor of brewing, Milly oversees every stage of production from her throne (the bed). She coordinates the household with a critical eye, ensuring that every bottle produced meets her high standards of excellence—mostly by demanding extra cuddles during the boiling process.
What started as a shared project between husband and wife in 2025 has grown into a dedicated pursuit of the perfect pint. Our beers are born from the fusion of Andrea's technical structure and Estefi's creative heart.
